Welcome to Our Club

The St. Petersburg Shell Club was formed in 1936 to promote shell collecting, marine conservation and the study of malacology.  Our club meetings provide a fun environment for meeting other shell enthusiasts, learning about the latest advances in malacology, and sharing of knowledge.  Meetings are usually held on the first Friday of the month from September to May.  We meet at the Seminole Recreation Center located at 9100  113th Street North, Seminole, FL.  Meetings start at 7pm and the public is invited.

We are a non-profit organization.  We offer an annual financial award to an individual or group promoting the advancement of the study of malacology.
